Monthly Accomplishments
· Establishment of new safety protocols / procedures for the hexavalent chromium levels occurring in the sheet metal shops
· Ensured the Agency was aware and adhered to all painting procedures and safety requirements for CARC applications
· Halted Agency officials from implementing changes to daily sign in procedures without negotiations with the Local
· Stopped Agency from imposing artificial boundaries on telework without negotiations with the Local
· High Value E-FLIP removed. Employee found not financially responsible
· Numerous victories regarding DPMAPS. Employees scores were adjusted properly for past rating periods. Ongoing battles for the future standards and elements.
· Ensured Agency selected employees for TDY missions fairly and equitably IAW the LMA.
· Ongoing REORG negotiations
Disciplinary Actions:
· Disciplinary Removal reduced to a Last Chance Agreement with no suspension
· Written counseling and Letter of reprimand reduced to Memo of Concern
· Removal reduced to Last chance agreement (15-day suspension w/o pay & 15-day suspension w/pay)
